WFA Instructor recert January 17-18,2026  Class will be daily 8:30 – 5:00 pm at HSAR

1. Successfully demonstrate selected discipline-specific clinical skills
2. Adhere to the Canadian Red Cross Standards of Behaviour and the group charter
3. Attend and participate in 100% of the course (i.e ., be present and actively provide focused contributions at all scheduled sessions)

4. Preparatory homework with be sent out two weeks prior

Prerequisites:

– A current CRC First Aid Program Instructor certification,
– First Aid Instructors have taught a minimum of three Canadian Red Cross First Aid Program courses during the three-year certification period.
– One course must have been taught in each discipline the Instructor is seeking re-certification (course taught must be at the highest level of certification within each discipline; re-certification and blended courses also qualify)
